Ocean Boulevard

This was a fully custom remodel located in Myrtle Beach. Originally built in the 80s, the entire inside was redone. I worked with the homeowners to select everything on the inside of the home (except furniture), including cabinets from Italy and appliances from Germany. I went with the clients to many different vendors to find exactly what they wanted inside their home. I worked with cabinet designers to design all of the cabinets within the home. I worked with the vendors to receive and go over all of the bids. Any change orders were also done through me.

Pawley's Island

For these clients, I worked with them not only on the interior aspects but as well as furnishing the entire home. This was an entirely custom new build. I went with the clients to many different vendors to find exactly what they wanted inside their home. I worked with cabinet designers to design all of the cabinets within the home. Surfside

This was a custom new build. I went with the clients to many different vendors to find exactly what they wanted inside their home. North Myrtle Beach

These three new builds were built as short term rental properties. Each of the floor plans mirrored each other. I worked with the owners to select finishes and furnishings that would work within a rental property while keeping each house visually differing. I went with the owners to many different vendors to find exactly what they wanted inside their houses. I worked with cabinet designers to design all of the cabinets within the home. I worked with the vendors to receive and go over all of the bids. Any change orders were also done through me.

Havenly

The renderings and schematic designs were all done while contracted on the Havenly platform. I worked with numerous clients that required quick turnarounds and strict deadlines. I needed to source all FF&E products to create a completed space.
